We have an in-house electroplating facility which caters for the high-quality requirements of some of our bush pump components and also our customers. Our electroplaters have experience using silver and other metals for our electroplating and metal finishing services.

Galvanizing
We offer an expansive range of Zinc plating processes that include:
- Clear zinc (This finish gives the part surface a silver appearance with a slight blue tint.)
- Yellow passivated zinc
- environmentally-friendly blue passivated zinc
Some of the products we plate on a daily bases include:
- B-Type Bush Pump Discharge Units, Rods and Pipes.
- Heavy duty chains (industrial)
- Angle Irons (for solar panel installations)
- Base plates, Stay Plates, Stay Rods, Spindles, I-bows, bolts and nuts
Chrome and Nickel Plating
Chrome plating is a process of electroplating a thin layer of chromium onto a metal object. The product of chrome plating is called chrome. We electroplate nickel, chromium onto the part being chrome plated. The basic electroplating process is to dissolve a metal with something and run an electric current through the solution, which pulls the dissolved metal ions out of the solution and onto the part being chrome plated
